Powershell and shared folders everytime I install windows.

Question

Everytime I install windows its just a matter of time before the security token audits begin. Then task manager has a whole host of bad things to redifine almost every aspect of my network and they gain control of everything. Powershell probably has alot to do with it. Its persisent, every airtight install of windows WITHOUT ACTIVIATIJG BLUETOOTH OR WIFI still leads to a remote session.
