Very laggy and all of my cpu is used up when laptop is on

my pc is very laggy and slow all my cpu and most of my ram is used up by just being on. My friend has a similar pc running much better so it is not just the pc

Please download our free Bootlogger software:
https://www.greatis.com/bootlogger.zip

Unzip Bootlogger.zip.
Open Bootlogger.exe.
Wait to finish its work.
Attach created bootlog.7z from your desktop.
