pop ups from credinova constantly appear

so this is all on me to be honest. i website asked me if im a robot and then tolde me to press allow when pop ups come. i didnt think anything of it cus ive never had a bad experience with these websites i thought it was all talk. now pop ups appear constantly that tell me theres a trojan on my laptop or a kritical error has ocured. all link with credinova.io in their name. please help
