Can I use this on my phone?

My phones & accounts are heavily hacked by an idiot wannabe developer that I know. Every time I get a phone, (10 since October) he hacks them as soon as they're in my apt. Can I use this on my phones? If not, any suggestions?

UnHackMe is only for Windows.
You cannot use it on your phone.
Suggest you save your data, reset your phone, change passwords to used accounts.
