because i have two virus
1svchost
2explorer
and this aplication cant delete this virus with i have folder is encrypting in virus .crabslkt
im SAD
please help for me

Open UnHackMe,
Click "Help in Removal" button on the main screen.
Choose "Send us RegRunLog".
Enter your e-mail, name or nick.
Describe your problem.
Accept our Privacy Policy.
Click "Upload" button.
If you have any troubles with it, you can manually attach "regrunlog.txt" from your desktop and send us by e-mail to support@greatis.com.
I will check your log and send you a solution as soon as possible.
