Please, send us your Detailed System Report made by RegRun Reanimator(or RegRun Start Control if you use RegRun) and you will get additional instructions.

You need to open reanimator.exe (or RegRun Start Control), choose "Reports" in the main menu and select "Detailed System Report".

It's the "regrunlog.txt" file stored on your desktop.
