Gradient Controls .NET
License Agreements
Gradient Controls.Net is free for non-commercial use. If you are a non-commercial entity (eg. an individual) and you are not charging for your product, and the product has no other commercial purpose, then you can download and use Gradient Controls .Net in it for free under Private License. Otherwise, you will require one of the following licences.
- Single License

Gradient Controls .Net can be used for creating of commercial software on one computer.
- Team License

Gradient Controls .Net can be used for creating of commercial software on up to 4 computers.
- Site License

Gradient Controls .Net can be used for creating of commercial software on all the computers within one building.
All License types are limited by the following agreements:
The following actions ARE ALLOWED:
- The distribution of the products or source codes produced utilizing Gradient Controls .Net.
- The creation and distribution of descendant components in source code or compiled form.
- The distribution of redistributable part of Gradient Controls .Net (content of "..\Program files\Greatis\Gradient Controls .Net\Redist\" folder) with your software.
The following actions ARE NOT ALLOWED:
- The distribution of the changed Gradient Controls .Net's install kit.
- The distribution of another install kit, archives or other file sets, which contains files of Gradient Controls .Net not allowed for redistribution.
You can license full source codes of Gradient Controls .Net. It's time limited 12 months license too, and you will get source codes of all official releases during this term. With Source Codes license you can use source codes of Gradient Controls .Net in your software under the following agreements:
The following actions ARE ALLOWED:
- The using source codes entirely or partially in your software.
The following actions ARE NOT ALLOWED:
- The piblishing or distribution of the any part of the Gradient Controls .Net's source codes.
- The publishing of the similar or competing software based on the Gradient Controls .Net solutions.
Gradient Controls .Net is a ROYALTY-FREE software.
Also you can choose support subscription type from the following options.
- None

You use Gradient Controls .Net as is, you can download new official releases, but you cannot request for bugfixes and support.
- Standard

You can download new official releases, request for support about installation and using Gradient Controls .Net and report bugs, which will be fixed in the next official release.
- Premium
-
You can download new official releases, request for support about installation and using Gradient Controls .Net and report bugs, and fixes will be sent you immediately. Also you can request for custom examples and for help with your own code, related to Gradient Controls .Net (if you are registered user of our software for Delphi / C++ Builder, you already understand, what "premium support" means).
Standard and Premium subscription types are limited to 12 months, and must be renew after this term.
