My PC had gotten a bad rootkit that my ISP antivirus software (powered by McAfee) could not detect, nor could fix.

Manual removal instructions:
Winhelpens.exe is TrojanDownloader.VB.
Kill the process winhelpens.exe and remove winhelpens.exe from Windows startup.
