My PC had gotten a bad rootkit that my ISP antivirus software (powered by McAfee) could not detect, nor could fix.

Manual removal instructions:
Wfsintwq.sys is Trojan/Backdoor.
Kill the file wfsintwq.sys and remove wfsintwq.sys from Windows startup.
Malware: BCU.EXE
Removed: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\drivers\winupgro.exe
