My PC had gotten a bad rootkit that my ISP antivirus software (powered by McAfee) could not detect, nor could fix.

Manual removal instructions:
Ufxw.exe is Trojan/Backdoor.
Kill the process ufxw.exe and remove ufxw.exe from Windows startup.

Removed: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\ufxw.exe
