My PC had gotten a bad rootkit that my ISP antivirus software (powered by McAfee) could not detect, nor could fix.

Manual removal instructions:
TagIndex.dll is Trojan/Backdoor.
Kill the file TagIndex.dll and remove TagIndex.dll from Windows startup.
Malware: z_setup.exe
Removed: C:\WINDOWS\system32\TagIndex.dll
