Srvhost.exe is Trojan/Worm known as W32/Agobot-FX.
Srvhost.exe adds to Windows startup registry the value:
Generic Service Process = srvhost.exe
Srvhost.exe controls IRC channels.
Kill the srvhost.exe process and remove it from Windows startup.

Remove srvhost.exe now!
