Manual removal instructions:

Dangerous Juegos Worm.
Alters win.ini paramter Run.
Each 31 day it will delete :\*.bat c:\*.ini
c:\windows\*.ini c:\windows\*.dll c:\windows\*.exe.
Stop process and remove it from startup.
Delete all founded shell.exe. Check your floppy disks too.

Remove shell.exe now!
