REGPOWERCLEAN.EXE is a part of RegistryPowerCleaner software.
RegistryPowerCleaner is a security risk that may give exaggerated reports of errors in the registry of the compromised computer.
Kill the process REGPOWERCLEAN.EXE and remove REGPOWERCLEAN.EXE from Windows startup.
