My PC had gotten a bad rootkit that my ISP antivirus software (powered by McAfee) could not detect, nor could fix.

Manual removal instructions:
Plusacc.exe is Trojan/Backdoor.
Kill the process plusacc.exe and remove plusacc.exe from Windows startup.
Malware: load.exe
Removed: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\SystemProc\lsass.exe
