Adds to autostart to RunServices registry key.
"Load-Guard" = "Wscript.exe %Windir%\LGuarg.exe.vbs %"
Changes IE home page.
Sends the e-mails using address book.
Remove it from startup using Startup Optimizer.
Restore IE home page.

Remove oxney.b.vbs now!
