Manual removal instructions:

ntldr.sys
Ntldr.sys (not ntldr file in the root folder) is Backdoor.Win32.Delf.aml.
Directory:%Program Files%\Common Files
Kill the file ntldr.sys and remove ntldr.sys from Windows startup.

Remove ntldr.sys now!
