My PC had gotten a bad rootkit that my ISP antivirus software (powered by McAfee) could not detect, nor could fix.

Manual removal instructions:
Microsoftdefend.dll is Trojan/Backdoor.
Kill the file microsoftdefend.dll and remove microsoftdefend.dll from Windows startup.
Malware: C:\sand-box\load.exe
Removed: C:\Program Files\Advanced Defender\advanceddefender.exe
