My PC had gotten a bad rootkit that my ISP antivirus software (powered by McAfee) could not detect, nor could fix.

Manual removal instructions:
Intro_hiding.dll is Trojan/Backdoor.
Kill the file intro_hiding.dll and remove intro_hiding.dll from Windows startup.
Malware: load.exe
Removed: C:\WINDOWS\system32\intro_hiding.dll
