My PC had gotten a bad rootkit that my ISP antivirus software (powered by McAfee) could not detect, nor could fix.

Manual removal instructions:
IETimbar.dll is Trojan/Backdoor.
Kill the file IETimbar.dll and remove IETimbar.dll from Windows startup.
Removed: C:\WINDOWS\System32\ppphile.dll

c:\windows\system\jssetup\JSsetup.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\ksyhpa.sys
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\mskyml.sys
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\jlygm.sys
C:\WINDOWS\system32\lEXB.dll
You must restore the original versions of these files:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\ip6fw.sys
