IEAccess2.dll is Trojan/Backdoor.
IEAccess2.dll is used for downloading and installing new Trojans and porn dialers.
Kill the file IEAccess2.dll and remove IEAccess2.dll from Windows startup.

Remove ieaccess2.dll now!
