Manual removal instructions:
IE_agent.exe installs an Internet Explorer toolbar.

Adds the value:
"MSTask" = "%System%\run_dll.exe"
to the Windows startup registry keys.
Removal:
Kill IE_agent.exe process and remove IE_agent.exe from Windows startup.
