My PC had gotten a bad rootkit that my ISP antivirus software (powered by McAfee) could not detect, nor could fix.

Manual removal instructions:
GoldFinger.dll is Trojan/Backdoor.
Kill the file GoldFinger.dll and remove GoldFinger.dll from Windows startup.
