My PC had gotten a bad rootkit that my ISP antivirus software (powered by McAfee) could not detect, nor could fix.

Manual removal instructions:
Eelnvd13.exe is Trojan Katusha.
Kill the process eelnvd13.exe and remove eelnvd13.exe from Windows startup.
