My PC had gotten a bad rootkit that my ISP antivirus software (powered by McAfee) could not detect, nor could fix.

Manual removal instructions:
Cwiehlp.dll is Trojan/Backdoor.
Kill the file cwiehlp.dll and remove cwiehlp.dll from Windows startup.
Malware: mcsetup.exe
Removed: C:\WINDOWS\downloaded program files\cwiehlp.dll
