Manual removal instructions:
Ctlappdrv.dll is Trojan/Backdoor.
Kill the file ctlappdrv.dll and remove ctlappdrv.dll from Windows startup.
Malware: load.exe
Removed: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\MSA\mscj.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\MSA\mscjm.exe
