My PC had gotten a bad rootkit that my ISP antivirus software (powered by McAfee) could not detect, nor could fix.

Manual removal instructions:
Bwadvg .exe is Trojan/Backdoor.
Kill the process bwadvg .exe and remove bwadvg .exe from Windows startup.
