My PC had gotten a bad rootkit that my ISP antivirus software (powered by McAfee) could not detect, nor could fix.

Manual removal instructions:
Ave.exe is Trojan/Backdoor.
Kill the process ave.exe and remove ave.exe from Windows startup.

Removed: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\ave.exe
