Advvpi32.dll is Backdoor.Mydopam.
Backdoor.Mydopam is a Trojan horse with back door capabilities that sends out spam emails.
Kill the file advvpi32.dll and remove advvpi32.dll from Windows startup.

Remove advvpi32.dll now!
