Kill the file %SystemDrive%\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\PCTools\pctools.dll and remove %SystemDrive%\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\PCTools\pctools.dll from Windows startup.
