regmon32.exe is a Trojan W32.Sdbot-ALK.
regmon32.exe opens a back door on IRC channels.
regmon32.exe spreads via open network shares.

Removal:
Kill regmon32.exe process and remove regmon32.exe from Windows startup.

Remove regmon32.exe now!
