%WinDir%\inf\iepv.exe is a part of IEPassView software.
IEPassView is a security assessment tool that may reveal Internet Explorer passwords.
Kill the process %WinDir%\inf\iepv.exe and remove %WinDir%\inf\iepv.exe from Windows startup.
