Wintbpx.exe spreads by using the vulnerability in Microsoft Windows Plug and Play Service (Microsoft Security Bulletin MS05-039).

Adds the value:
"Wintbpx" = "wintbpx.exe"
to the Windows startup registry keys.
Removal:
Kill wintbpx.exe process and remove wintbpx.exe from Windows startup.
