Manual removal instructions:
Winsvc32.exe opens a back door on TCP port 26418 and 5000.
Winsvc32.exe tries to terminate antiviral programs installed on a user computer.
Related files:

Adds the value:
"WINDOWS SYSTEM" = "winsvc32.exe"
to the Windows startup registry keys.
Removal:
Kill winsvc32.exe process and remove winsvc32.exe from Windows startup.
