win32bat.exe opens a back door on TCP port 2817.
win32bat.exe tries to terminate antiviral programs installed on a user computer.

Adds the value:
"Windows System 32-Bat Service" = "win32bat.exe"
to the Windows startup registry keys.
Removal:
Kill win32bat.exe process and remove win32bat.exe from Windows startup.
