UnstSA2.exe is a Browser Helper Object.
UnstSA2.exe downloads and displays advertisements.

Adds the value:

to the Windows startup registry keys.
Removal:
Kill UnstSA2.exe process and remove UnstSA2.exe from Windows startup.
