My PC had gotten a bad rootkit that my ISP antivirus software (powered by McAfee) could not detect, nor could fix.

Manual removal instructions:
Kill the process Sysex.exe and other suspicious processes.
Remove Sysex.exe from Windows startup.
Also, check the files:
%SysDir\Unvise32qt.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\eber.exe
%SysDir%\msxml3a.exe
%WinDir%\\javacz32.dll
Check the system services:
__NS_Service
__NS_Service_2
__NS_Service_3
Disable these services.
