snim.dll modifies Internet Explorer settings.

Adds the value:
"Systems Restart" = "Rundll32.exe snim.dll,DllRegisterServer"
to the Windows startup registry keys.
Removal:
Remove snim.dll from Windows startup.

Remove snim.dll now!
