QBUninstaller.exe is a Browser Helper Object.
QBUninstaller.exe monitors user Internet activity.

Adds the value:
"[File path]" = "%Windir%\[File path]"
to the Windows startup registry keys.
Removal:
Kill QBUninstaller.exe process and remove QBUninstaller.exe from Windows startup.
