My PC had gotten a bad rootkit that my ISP antivirus software (powered by McAfee) could not detect, nor could fix.

Manual removal instructions:
picx.exe opens a back door on TCP port 3385.
picx.exe tries to terminate antiviral programs installed on a user computer.

Adds the value:
"PIC SYSTEM" = "picx.exe"
to the Windows startup registry keys.
Removal:
Kill picx.exe process and remove picx.exe from Windows startup.
