Noat.exe tries to terminate antiviral programs installed on a user computer.
Noat.exe monitors user Internet activity and private information.
It sends stolen data to a hacker site.

Adds the value:
"ssgrate.exe" = "%System%\wintems.exe"
to the Windows startup registry keys.
Removal:
Kill noat.exe process and remove noat.exe from Windows startup.
