Manual removal instructions:
msnserve.exe opens a back door on TCP port 7043.
msnserve.exe spreads via open network shares.
msnserve.exe tries to terminate antiviral programs installed on a user computer.

Adds the value:
"Service Monitor" = "msnserve.exe"
to the Windows startup registry keys.
Removal:
Kill msnserve.exe process and remove msnserve.exe from Windows startup.
