My PC had gotten a bad rootkit that my ISP antivirus software (powered by McAfee) could not detect, nor could fix.

lssass.exe spreads via open network shares.
lssass.exe tries to terminate antiviral programs installed on a user computer.

Adds the value:
"amircivil" = "%System%[FILE NAME].exe"
to the Windows startup registry keys.
Removal:
Kill the process lssass.exe and remove lssass.exe from Windows startup.
