"(Default)" = "%System%\EXPLORER.exe" "%1"
to the registry keys:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\txtfile\shell\open\command
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\classes\txtfile\shell\open\command
Adds to Windows startup.

Remove explorer.exe now!
