Manual removal instructions:
Dmgrd.exe monitors user Internet activity and private information.
It sends stolen data to a hacker site.

Adds the value:
"Userinit" = "C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe,%System%\dllcnfg.exe"
to the Windows startup registry keys.
Removal:
Kill dmgrd.exe process and remove dmgrd.exe from Windows startup.
