%SysDir%\DLLCACHE\WUAUCLT.EXE is W32.Rispif.A.
W32.Rispif.A is a worm that spreads by copying itself to removable and fixed drives from C through Z.

Kill the process %SysDir%\DLLCACHE\WUAUCLT.EXE and remove %SysDir%\DLLCACHE\WUAUCLT.EXE from Windows startup.
