Kill the process %PROGRAM FILES%\VIDEO ACCESS ACTIVEX OBJECT\PMSNRR.EXE and remove %PROGRAM FILES%\VIDEO ACCESS ACTIVEX OBJECT\PMSNRR.EXE from Windows startup.
