My PC had gotten a bad rootkit that my ISP antivirus software (powered by McAfee) could not detect, nor could fix.

Manual removal instructions:

Kill the process %PROGRAM FILES%\PViever\pviever.exe and remove %PROGRAM FILES%\PViever\pviever.exe from Windows startup.
Malware: malware.exe
Removed: C:\Program Files\PViever\pviever.exe
