PersonalAntispy is a misleading application that may give exaggerated reports of threats on the computer.
Kill the file %PROGRAM FILES%\PersonalAntiSpy Free\shellext.dll and remove %PROGRAM FILES%\PersonalAntiSpy Free\shellext.dll from Windows startup.
