%PROGRAM FILES%\Internet Explorer\setupapi.dll is Trojan Meredrop.
Kill the file %PROGRAM FILES%\Internet Explorer\setupapi.dll and remove %PROGRAM FILES%\Internet Explorer\setupapi.dll from Windows startup.
